International Public Organization ‘Understanding’ (hereafter referred to as IPO ‘Understanding’) is a non-government, non-commercial, independent organization created by citizens in accordance with legislation of the Republic of Belarus. IPO ‘Understanding’  was registered  September 20th, 2007 by Department of Justice. October 7 th, 2008 IPO ‘Understanding’ was newly registered as International public organization ‘Understanding’. 

 IPO ‘Understanding’ has  accounts in EURO and bel. rubles.
