{"id":35,"date":"2009-12-01T15:32:00","date_gmt":"2009-12-01T12:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moov.by\/en\/?p=35"},"modified":"2021-03-04T15:46:42","modified_gmt":"2021-03-04T12:46:42","slug":"payment-in-recognition-of-ghetto-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moov.by\/en\/payment-in-recognition-of-ghetto-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Payment in recognition of ghetto work"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8220;One-time payment in recognition of ghetto work&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Purpose: <\/strong>to realize remuneration to persecuted persons for work in ghetto that was not forced labor and has not yet been taken into account in determining social security benefits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funding: <\/strong>the payment is carried out by IPA &#8220;Mutual understanding&#8221; in accordance with the Directive of the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany dated <strong>October 1, 2007<\/strong> through the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany (Central and Eastern Europe Foundation &#8211; CEEF). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The role and objectives: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>assistance in the creation of a set of documents for sending to the Federal Department of Central Services and open property issues: filling out an application, translating documents into German, a photocopy of the documents required for payment; <\/li><li>creation and updating of an electronic data bank for persons belonging to the target group; <\/li><li>tax exemption of funds received for payments; <\/li><li>creating an agreement with a partner bank on the implementation of these payments; <\/li><li>control over the timeliness of the start and realization of payments; <\/li><li>preparation and sending of the necessary reporting. <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;One-time payment in recognition of ghetto work&#8221;.
